Al Dente Cycling started as a group of friends doing things their way, and while things haven’t changed, we never expected this is where we would end up! In the beginning, we were a bunch of anti-team team riders who rode hard on the easy days, jacked the pace of the group ride, and maybe ended too many rides with a beer. After realizing ‘our way’ was just how we liked it we began producing our kits as a way to fund our team. Today our team is much larger spanning throughout the Midwest, and it is fair to assume you’ll see one of our noodles pinning on a number at most races around the region.
