Based in Cincinnati and founded in 2020, Al Dente Cycling is the culmination of hard work, general debauchery, and Pop-Tarts' refusal to fuel an American dream! Al Dente Racing is a collective, a team, and most importantly a group of friends committed to doing things our way, and that's Al Dente!

The Legend of Mama Pasta

It all started with a dream—literally. One night, after a suspiciously large plate of spaghetti, Nick was visited by a mysterious figure: Mama Pasta. She wasn’t your typical dream guest. Towering, and with the wisdom of a thousand Italian grandmothers, she stared deep into his soul and said, "Life’s too short for soggy noodles... and boring kits."

Upon waking, he knew what he had to do. Thus, the first ever Al Dente Cycling kit was born—bold, fresh, and just the right amount of weird. Mama Pasta became our fearless mascot, reminding us that life (and cycling) is better when you keep things firm, fun, and maybe just a little bit ridiculous.

You’ll still see her tagging along for the ride, proudly perched on the back of every Al Dente Racing kit. She’s always there, making sure we ride fast, stay fresh, and never take ourselves too seriously.

Al Dente Factory Racing

Al Dente Racing is the pulse of Al Dente Cycling. While Al Dente Cycling focuses on designing and producing high-performance cycling and running apparel, Al Dente Racing takes it to the next level. Sponsored by Al Dente Cycling, the team represents the pinnacle of the brand, embodying the speed, endurance, and fun that Al Dente Cycling was founded on.

As ambassadors for the brand, the team doesn't just wear our gear—they test it in the most demanding environments. Each member is a dedicated wear tester, pushing our apparel to the limits of performance and durability. From long training sessions to high-stakes races, they put every piece of our kit through rigorous use, ensuring that our designs meet the highest standards.

The racing team serves as a vital link between our products and the real world. They’re the first to wear prototypes, fine-tuning and giving feedback that shapes future collections. So, if you’re paying attention, you might just spot them in something fresh. this team is not just about racing; it’s about testing, refining, and making sure every piece of gear that we make is ready for the ride.
